A Robo-Table

Table.ai was my team’s winning concept at a robotics restaurant hackathon. Having worked as a line cook in a restaurant for 2 years and on robotics throughout my life, two of my great life passions are food and robotics. Despite originally planning on focusing more on longer-term projects, I had to attend the 2018 FoundersFactory FoodHack.

I did not have a team when I showed up, but I met 4 great electrical engineers and together we won the competition. Our product, table.ai, was an automated restaurant table which utilizes user feedback to continuously update a stream of micro tasting samples.

My Role:

I helped communicate the concept through sketches, create logo + brand, and design UI wireframes for “tinder for foodies” app.
